Modern Chemical offers two Blue Gold brand cleaners for food processing facilities: Blue Gold Industrial Cleaner and Blue Gold Spray Wash. These products are NSF-certified (Registration Numbers 158738 and 158739) and are approved for several types of use:
- Category A1: General cleaning
- Category A4: Floor and wall cleaning
- Category A8: Degreaser and carbon removal

Industrial Cleaner Applications
Blue Gold Industrial Cleaner is environmentally safe and can be used on aluminum surfaces, food cooking equipment, utensils, floors, and walls. Proper dilution strength is key to effective use. For most equipment and surfaces, we recommend a 10% dilution. We suggest a 20:1 dilution ratio for cleaning floors and walls.
Nonfoaming Spray Wash
For spray wash cabinets requiring a nonfoaming cleaner, we recommend Blue Gold Spray Wash. It contains a glycol ether solvent plus anionic surfactants, nonionic surfactants, and inorganic builders synthetic detergents. With its highly concentrated formula, a 2% dilution is sufficient for most spray-cleaning applications.
